In the event of a size mismatch or a desire to exchange for a different product, a processing fee of 100 Rupees will be charged. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and reshipping your exchange.

3. Damaged Products (Photo and Video Verification Required)

We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will provide a free return and replacement. However, we require proper photo and video documentation of the damaged product, which will be manually verified by our team.
